Hye Ji Erica Lee Lectures On Migration With The Day I Woke Up Different

Recently Korean New Zealander 🇰🇷🇳🇿, Hye Ji Erica Lee, who is an academic researcher on the migrant Asian experiences of race. Erica recently guest lectured at the University of Auckland, where she opened her sociology course presentation with "The Day I Woke Up Different" story.

Leading up to her lecture, Erica reached out to us in hopes of obtaining a copy of this Asian American story to help further examine the Asian migrant's perspective. To help ensure enough time would be allocated for piecing together her presentation, 4th WORLD PRESS worked tirelessly and swiftly to convert "The Day I Woke Up Different" to its very first ebook version! What an HONOR!

Erica is currently working on her doctoral thesis. Her career work offers a deep new perspective for the unheard voices of the minorities and marginalized. Erica's contributions add to the conversation that challenges the current Western thought, allowing for a more complete sense of framework in Aotearoa's society, and ultimately our global society.
