RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Because we are a three person team - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We appreciate your support and understanding. If your book is damaged in transit, we ask that you email us at 4thworldpress@gmail.com with pictures of the damage within 7 days after you’ve received your book and we'll happily send you a replacement [with the return shipping cost at our expense]. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds at this moment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs through the shipping service rates (USPS). Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event we are sending you a replacement book due to damage during transit (as our policy above), we will pay the shipping costs of sending the replacement.

Due our small size team, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO ONE MONTH FOR PRODUCTS TO SHIP. We will do our best to ship as soon as our capacity allows us. Again, we thank you so much for your understanding.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We suggest you handle your new artwork with care when framing and stretching

4th WORLD PRESS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, 4th WORLD PRESS LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
