Recently Korean New Zealander , Hye Ji Erica Lee, who is an academic researcher on the migrant Asian experiences of race. Erica recently guest lectured at the University of Auckland, where she opened her sociology course presentation with "The Day I Woke Up Different" story. Leading up to her lecture, Erica reached out to us in hopes of obtaining a copy of this Asian American story to help further examine the Asian migrant's perspective.
